The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28 was released in mid-2008 and has been one of Panasonic’s most solid performers ever since. The key feature is its extended zoom lens that makes this camera an excellent unit for happy-snappers and photographers alike.

The Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ28 has recently been sold new on eBay for as little as $300 so it is definitely not out of the price range of most occasional snappers.

Seen as a cheaper and less complicated alternative to high end digital SLRs, the Lumix DMC-FZ28 has a wide range of features and a no nonsense approach.

The automatic photos look great and there are also plenty of manual controls to hand control back to the photographer should they require it.
